The Wisconsin Climate and Health Collaborative, a group of climate and health professionals from across the state working to create a healthier climate, people and communities through local action, wants to learn from you and your community! Take this short climate and health survey for a chance to win a Wisconsin state park pass. Responses are due April 15.

Template emails, flyers and social media posts are available in English and Spanish to help promote the survey through your channels. You can access them on Google Drive.

Through the survey, diverse opinions will be collected on how to best motivate people across the state to take steps, big or small, to safeguard the health of our people and our planet. The responses will be used to inform a statewide action campaign and will remain confidential.

Additional partners are also needed to help implement a statewide coordinated campaign in April 2025. Template communications products, campaign schedules and other resources will be provided to make it quick and easy to participate.
